Happy Birthday

Today is my bday, and Val's bday too!

To reward myself i decided not to work on my bday & head down to chinatown to have dim sum. Was deciding between East Ocean @ Shaw Centre or Yum Cha @ Temple St. In the end i dozed off till 12pm so we settle for yum cha dim sum buffet which starts at 3pm.  


we were there earlier so we decided to walk around. Judy told me about the 佛牙寺nearby which i hv never been thr. had heard so much from the media but dunno much abt it. i asked my hubby this 牙 belongs to which 佛 and even thot that it belongs to 达摩 and he was laughing away. but then hor he wasnt too sure abt it too and his guess was Si Jia Mo Ni. anyone had any clue on this?

The temple looks grand & magnificent and this is the first time i visit an air-conditioned temple. anyway there are too many picts so i'll let the picts do the talking...



 
   
 
 

 


oh forgotten to mention, no sleeveless & bareback allow so i hv to put on the shawl provided.

finally time for our buffet...it's quite a good spread of dim sum and we are spolit for choice...

and it was time to go as we need to fetch megan from nanny's place...

poor megan wasnt too happy today. nanny told us she was screaming away during diaper change due to LS. Pd had told us the antibiotic will cause a lil' LS bt this is normal so long she has appetite to eat. When we were home, megan screamed out of a sudden while she was lying down playing with her rattle. did a check on her and realised she was having a bad nappy rash and quickly apply desitin. poor gal, must be too painful for her, she dun usu behave this way even when she was sick the last time. Get well soon, daddy mummy heartache liao :(

i really enjoyed myself today. nothing is beta than celebrating bday wif ur love ones...thank you dear, for ur TLC all these years... and for being a loving husband, father and soulmate.

LAst but not least, thank you to all my friends & colleagues for your bday wishes & pressie...
 
 

P/S: Btw Richard was rather "jealous" when i told him i got a very BIG kiss from Cindy, the Blackwell gal whom he had once casted vote to when i asked him who in my co will attract him the most, keke... ;P
